Every company wants to make money from every employee, so if they pay an employee 30,000 rupees, they will definitely want a profit of 60,000 rupees from that employee. Note: Go for interview only for the job for which you have the skills because if you go for interview for a job without skills, you will either be rejected or you will get very less money, almost no money. People often go to interviews at the wrong places and get rejected repeatedly, which demoralizes them and even leads to them being rejected for positions where their skills could be utilized.

• If you have more knowledge of sales, give interview in sales. 

• If you have more knowledge of finance, give interview in finance. 

• If you are skilled in writing, look for a job in writing. 

• If you have knowledge of coding, give interview in coding. 

Note: Instead of entering another field, pursue the field in which you have the most theoretical and practical knowledge. 

Work on the Right Skills 

No matter what field you work in, it’s important to have good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a good knowledge of digital skills like AI.  

• Communication Skills: Important for teamwork, interviews, and leadership. 

• Problem-Solving: Companies want employees who can think critically and find solutions quickly. 

• Digital Skills: Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analysis, coding, and digital marketing.

Because of your communication skills, or because you can’t convince the interviewer that you’re the best candidate for the position. First, keep in mind that companies are interested in your skills and experience, not your degrees and diplomas. Therefore, don’t just mention your degrees/diplomas on your resume; include everything you can do, everything you’ve achieved, and experienced. There’s no need to include your family or personal details on your resume. You should only include what’s important to the company and the person hiring you.

• How you listen to the other person and how you respond is also crucial.

Do an internship. This can help you get a job without experience, but it’s meant to be a learning opportunity. These pay less, or in many cases involve a training period, so you may not earn any money at all. If you’re looking for long-term opportunities in the future, you shouldn’t focus on money initially. You should focus solely on gaining experience and developing your work ethic. Got it?
